Triathlon Coaching Package 5

This package is suitable for athletes who;

  • Want to achieve high performance results and require high levels of dedication and planning towards your goals
  • Need data analysis of heart rate, cadence, power output
  • Need regular feedback and adjutsment to their training program
  • Want high level attention and focus on their training progress
  • Want to utilise all the Onebody triathlon coaching sessions
  • Want structure and advise from a professional coach to guide their development
  • Want individualised session plans prepared towards their goals
  • Wants structured sessions under the guidance of professional coaches
  • Want to regular weekly Onebody swimming, cycling and running sessions
  • Want regular contact with a coach during training sessions
  • Wants guidance for their technique and skill development


Minimum Term: 6 months
