Cycling & Bike Skills Sessions

Bike skills and cycling sessions - Parramatta, NSW


Weekly cycling and bike skills sessions are run every Wednesday morning.

Sessions are designed to accommodate all fitness levels from beginner to advanced.

Sessions focus on:

  • Cycling technique & efficiency
  • Cycling drills for improved pedalling action
  • Bike Handling Skills (during summer when sessions are outdoors)
  • Cycling Speed
  • Improving anaerobic threshold and lactic acid tolerance
  • Improving Cycling Strength & power


Time: Wednesday 6:00am - 7:00 am. (Show up at 5:45am to set up your bike)
Who: Cyclists of any ability
Where: Onebody Studio - Unit 16 / 9 Hoyle Ave, Castle HIlle
Cost: $15 for casual sessions. Free for onebody athletes on selected coaching packages.
What to Bring: Bike, cycling shoes and your own Wind Trainer, wheel riser and large towel
