
Weekly cycling and bike skills sessions are run every Wednesday morning.
Sessions are designed to accommodate all fitness levels from beginner to advanced.
Sessions focus on:
Time: Wednesday 6:00am - 7:00 am. (Show up at 5:45am to set up your bike)
Who: Cyclists of any ability
Where: Onebody Studio - Unit 16 / 9 Hoyle Ave, Castle HIlle
Cost: $15 for casual sessions. Free for onebody athletes on selected coaching packages.
What to Bring: Bike, cycling shoes and your own Wind Trainer, wheel riser and large towel
