Monday Nights

Core Stability, Strength & Flexibility Sessions - Beginner to Intermediate
Location: Yattenden Oval, John St, Baulkham Hills, NSW 2153
Time: Every Thursday 6:00 PM (meet near the fence adjacent John St at 5:55 pm)


Track Running & Wind Trainer Cycling Sessions
Location: Yattenden Oval, John St, Baulkham Hills, NSW 2153
Time: Every Monday 7:00 PM (meet near the fence adjacent John St at 6:55 pm)
NOTE: Sessions will return to Roxborough Park Oval after it has been resurfaced.


Thursday Nights

Core Stability, Strength & Flexibility Sessions - Intermediate to Advanced
Location: Yattenden Oval, John St, Baulkham Hills, NSW 2153
Time: Every Thursday 6:00 PM (meet near the fence adjacent John St at 5:55 pm)

Group Fitness Sessions
Location: Yattenden Oval, John St, Baulkham Hills, NSW 2153
Time: Every Thursday 7:00 PM (meet near the fence adjacent John St at 6:55 pm)

Saturday Afternoons

Stroke Correction Swim Squad - Beginner to Advanced
Location: Waves Fitness & Aquatic Centre, Mileham Ave, Baulkham Hills, NSW 2153
Time: Saturday 2:30 PM - 3:45 PM (meet alongside the pool)

Sunday Mornings

Long Bike Rides - around 100km
Location: Changes each week  but generally near the Dural, NSW area.
Time: Every Sunday morning 6:00 AM during summer, 6:30- 7:00 Am during winter.
Suitable for moderate to strong bike riders
