Weekly track running & run technique sessions are run every Monday night.

Sessions focus on

  • Run technique
  • Increasing running speed, endurance and efficiency
  • Improving anaerobic threshold and lactic acid tolerance
  • Practicing bike to run transitions for triathletes


Time: Monday 7:00pm - 8:15 pm
Who: Runners of any ability

Cost: $10 for casual sessions
