Group Fitness Sessions
Weekly group fitness sessions are run every Thursday nights.

Location: Yattenden Oval, John St, Baulkham Hills, NSW, 2153

Time: Every Thursday 7:00 PM (meet near the fence adjacent John St at 6:55 pm)

Sessions are designed to be fun & friendly with a relaxed atmosphere and accomodates fitness levels from beginner to intermediate.
