Weekly track running & stationary wind trainer cycling sessions are run every Monday night.

Location: Roxborough Park Oval, Mileham Ave, Baulkham Hills, NSW, 2153


Time: Every Monday
7:00 PM (meet at the oval fence adjacent Mileham Ave at 6:55 pm)

NOTE: SESSIONS WILL BE CONDUCTED AT YATTENDEN OVAL, JOHN ST, BAULKHAM HILLS UNTIL ROXBOROUGH PARK OVAL HAS BEEN RESURFACED. CONTACT DANIEL FOR MORE INFORMATION

Sessions are designed to accomodate all fitness levels from beginner to advanced.

Sessions focus on

  • Cycle & run technique
  • Increasing running speed, endurance and efficiency
  • Improving anaerobic threshold and lactic acid tolerance
  • Practicing bike to run transitions for triathletes
What to Bring
  • Bike and/or run gear
  • Towel
  • Drink

Cost:
Free for all Onebody athletes on monthly training programs
$10 for all casual sessions
